2. Services We Provide

We provide mobile and remote IT support for homes and small businesses. Services may include:

System cleanup & optimization
Virus & malware removal
Data backup & recovery (when possible)
OS & software installation
Network & Wi-Fi setup
Printer / scanner setup
Remote troubleshooting

3. Appointments & Access

You must provide accurate contact and issue details.
You must be 18+ or have a guardian present.
You must provide safe access to devices and work areas.
You may need to enter passwords or grant temporary access.

4. No-Show & Late Policy

A $30 no-show fee may apply if:

You are not present at the service location
You are 15+ minutes late without notice
We cannot reach you using your contact details

5. Payments & Billing

Payment is due at service completion unless otherwise arranged.
Prices are shown on our website or quoted in advance.
Additional work may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
You must inform us of important or sensitive data.
You must be legally authorized to request service on devices.

7. Data, Security & Privacy

Some IT issues carry risks such as data loss or corruption.
No digital method is 100% secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or hardware failures.

9. Third-Party Software & Hardware

All third-party products are subject to their own terms.
We are not responsible for third-party failures.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

11. No Guarantee of Outcome

Some issues may be caused by failing hardware or corrupted systems. We cannot guarantee all issues can be resolved.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted here.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
